The Video tab comprises collapsible menus for video protocols that can be used to input and output video into and out of Telestripe. At this time, only NDI is supported for wireless video transmission.
The Input panel is where you choose an NDI video source to show as your draw area background video source.
The output panel provides configuration options for outputting your Telestrations for your broadcast.
Output Name
This is the name that appears on the network for your Telestripe NDI output.
Resolution
Lets you select the resolution that you output your telestrations. * Note: the higher the resolution the more bandwidth it will require, possibly affecting the final FPS.
Frame Rate
Lets you select Frames Per Second (FPS) of your NDI output.
Output Background
By default only your telestrations are output over NDI. Your input video is only shown in the draw area as a reference for your drawings. If you would like to also output your background video (input) with your telestrations as one, enable this option.
The 2 icons at the top of the NDI protocal section indicate your connection status.
A green icon means the Input/Output is enabled.
A greyed out icon means the Input/Output is disabled.
An circle with exclamation mark on the Input icon means that Telestripe is trying to conenct to an NDI source that no longer exists or cannot be seen on the network.
